Ingredients: 100% eco-rye wholemeal flour, water, yeast (rye flour, water), sunflower seeds, flax seeds, maltose (barley, water), sugar, sea salt.
Vegan. No preservatives or yeast have been added. Fermentation time – 12+ hours. Best before at least 5 days after baking.
Free delivery on orders of 20 loaves or more. Freezes for unlimited duration and thaws as if fresh. We recommend that you freeze excess of this product upon receipt to retain maximum freshness. Please ask us any questions you may have.
