We fly our bread in from Estonia every week, leaving nothing to chance or to local creativity.  Indeed nothing can replace centuries of baking tradition in Estonia. In keeping with our reputation for finding the most precise tastes in the world, we work with Estonian’s finest artisan baker to bring a taste of the Nordic’s best bread directly to your table.  Baked at 3PM in the afternoon, our bread is whisked to Tallinn airport arriving in Malta 32 hours later.  Specially packed in cartons specially designed for transporting black bread on long flights, you’ll find your 500g loaf in perfect condition when it arrives at your doorstep 2200km away from the oven which produced it.

Free delivery on orders of 20 loaves or more.  Freezes for unlimited duration and thaws as if fresh.  We recommend that you freeze excess of this product upon receipt to retain maximum freshness.  Please ask us any questions you may have.
